For JACK Entertainment, the goal was, of course, to promote the excitement of winning. Above that, we wanted to elevate JACK Cleveland Casino and JACK Thistledown Racino to the status of major entertainment destinations that can't be missed. We also encouraged repeat visits via a new membership drive, and reminded current members to come in for free giveaways and more.
